ok i am now about to walk america. no more blood for oil. no tyranical behavior to show the world tyranny is wrong. if they want blood for oil they can't have mine. i will protest their oil and show people that they can just as easily walk. i am setting out july 4th for my own independance from oil and the bushit. anyone up for a walk? it angers me that the only solar bio-diesel solar powered hybreds on the road are being use by the millitary in iraq. this is stupid self defeating behavior.i would to be joined by my people on the road to freedom. any advice is welcomed.i will leave from frankfort or louisville on the fourth hoopefully wrapped in a flag and carrying a sign that will read. you want blood for oil i think i'll walk. if i need i will eat grass or peanuts. we as a fat nation need to walk and publicly transport any way. feed the world with the money we spend on oil. creat jobs to produce real renewable rescourses. ford wanted his cars grown from the ground. george washington carver showed us how to grow a very oilly very helth benificial plant called the peanut.power to the people to use their rescourses.no more bushit.

i've got an american flag hat you HAVE to wear. I talked to a guy who hitup http://myspace.com/ and searched for everyone who was a dan bern fan, and asked if he could stay in thier yard on his way on a bike trip cross country... it sounded like such a great idea, i figured i'd recommend it to you. (I offered my place, BTW) Also, since you will be asked, you should have research and materials available... If you collect research and information and put it on my wiki or on http://brkst.com/ (jason smithson's site devoted to ecological knowledge) - you could just hand out business cards with that information (links to it on them... I'd be glad to make the b.cards for you... good luck! (and john: when you are done, feel like setting down some actual roots somewhere?) --Alan 17:21, 5 Jul 2005 (EDT)
